There are wildfires spreading everywhere on the West Coast again. We are thinking of the firemen and how difficult it is for them to constantly inhale all that smoke while saving others.
It is time for the YOUNG MONK FRUIT WATER recipe. It will help your body to expel the smoke in your lungs while soothing the dryness in your throat.
It is really easy to make. You will need one monk fruit. For two people, lightly rinse the monk fruit in water to clean off the dirt and dust. Then split up the young monk fruit in half. Place in 2 ½ cups of water. Boil for 10 minutes and it is done. Let it sit for 3 minutes, with the lid covered.
Drink the water only.
This is a light, tasty drink. Drink a few times a week is fine. Take care and enjoy!
