UTERUS SOUP
This is a simple recipe for women who are looking to improve their blood circulation and to warm their uterus after menstruation. The goal is to reduce menstrual pain in the future.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 snow pears
2 apples
14 ounces lean pork (omit if vegan)
1 ounce lily bulb
2-3 figs
A few apricot kernels
3 cups of water
Directions:
Boil all ingredients on high for for 15 minutes, and then turn the fire down to low for 45 minutes.
